'KRITHAA', as a brand, showcases a journey of chancing upon a range of well-defined mechanisms to undefined discarded pieces from across urban environments. The design approach is elemental and celebratory in combination of different metal textures.
 The brand works around the idea that jewelry is the wearer of the human body and the body is an impermanent carrier of the jewelry vestment.

Material sustainability is very important to the brand and it manifests across all their channels. Some of the designs are a result of working with off-cuts of other designs. They use brass and copper as their base material and after a lot of R&D have managed to create textures on metal surfaces that stay true to the natural texture and shade of the base metal. The materials are sourced from different places in the designer’s home-city, Ahmedabad ranging from small sheets found at random workshops to metal pieces bought or collected from someone personally.

With a mission to make jewelry that evoke some sensorial experience for the wearer and empower the customer to express themselves in a non-conforming manner, Krithaa truly believes that an honest design process endows a product with an energy to connect with the customer.
